Cosy chalet "Casot Brusa", 1'750 m a.s.l.. 9 km from the centre of Sampeyre, 20 km from the centre of Casteldelfino, 43 km from the centre of Saluzzo, in a secluded position on a slope. Private: property 500 m2 with meadow. 9 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 8.3 km, railway station "Costigliole di Saluzzo" 35 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The final 500m of the access road are on a steep gravel path which is not suited for low-slung cars. Pool and facilities for shared use (for a fee) at the residence Torinetto in approx. 11 km.

In Ruhe die Seele baumeln lassen

Abgesehen von der Anfahrt über die schmale Bergstraße und den steilen letzten 250 m, die uns Respekt abgenötigt haben, liegt das Steinhaus sehr idyllisch und ruhig inmitten eines schönen Bergpanoramas auf knapp 1700 m Höhe - schöner könnte es kaum sein. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig gestaltet, war das Häuschen das richtige Ambiente, um abzuschalten.

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut geeignet für Menschen, die die Ruhe lieben. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Ferienwoche in einer wunderschönen Landschaft genießen dürfen. Gut zu wissen: die sehr steile Auffahrt erfordert Fahrgeschick und man muss auf WiFi und Netzverbindung verzichten.

Calme, paisible, 1700m d’altitude. Un grand espace pour les enfants, chalet récent très confortable. Pour les amoureux de la nature, si vous avez les oreilles et les yeux affûtés vous pourrez surprendre des marmottes au col de Sampeyre

Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Eigentlich sehr schönes und zweckmäßiges Chalet.An Minuspunkten haben wir, dass die Abflüße der Duschen verstopft waren, das Wespennest unterm Dach erledigt vermutlich der Winter, wir hatten ständig mehrere Wespen im Haus, für uns kein Problem, für jemanden mit Kinder vielleicht schon.Hauptminuspunkt: das Chalet ist komplett verstaubt!! Für mich mit einer leichten Hausstauballergie eine echte Herausforderung!! Bei unserer Ankunft auch auf den Bettdecken so viel Staub, dass wir sie erst mal im Freien ausgeschüttelt haben. Das Haus machte den Eindruck, als sei da Monatelang niemand gewesen. Oder es wird nur so oberflächlich geputzt, in alles Ecken, unter den Betten, auf dem Boden Staub wo man nur hinsah undden es allein durch unsere Anwesenheit ständig aufgwühlt hat. Effekt: Niesanfälle, trändende Augen, zugeschwollene Nase... Reisetipps: Wunderschönes Wandergebiet. Zum Anschauen empfehlen wir Cuneo, Dronero, Alba, Saluzzo und unser Highlight Saviglano

Netjes, typische bergwoning, hoog gelegen met prachtig uitzicht, ver weg van alle drukte

Ideale ligging voor een digitale detox(geen WiFi of 4G), prachtig gelegen op 10km van Sampeyre. De rit naar boven gaat langs smalle bergwegen waarvan het laatste stukje wel erg steil is.
