Chalet "Naulaz", 1'500 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached. Outside the resort, 1.9 km from the centre of Les Crosets, in a sunny position on a slope. Private: natural state property. In the house: sauna, central heating system. 200 m long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Shop 16 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 16 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Val d'Illiez" 7 km. Ski lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 16 km, Aéroport Genève 140 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman 40 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Chalet Naulaz", 7-room chalet 240 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm), Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 3 showers/WC. Underfloor heating. 2 small balconies, large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (10). Marvellous view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
