Gondola lift 8.7 km, skisport facilities 8.7 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Fügen 8.7 km, Ski Optimal Hochzillertal 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlitterer See 3 km, Achensee 11 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen, Alpenpark Karwendel. Owner uses some rooms in the house.
