Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. 20 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
