Ferienwohnung in Zandt

Als wir ankamen begrüßten uns die Maden in der Mülltonne. Innen war es nicht wie auf den Bildern im Inserat,es war alles alt abgewohnt und sehr sehr dreckig.Die Dusche musste ich erstmal vom Schimmel befreien,aus der Abzugshaube in der Küche kam schon das Alte Öl auf den Herd getropft. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche hatte die beste Zeit schon hinter sich (Bettwäsche mit Löchern, Handtücher so alt das man schon durchschauen kann).Der Teppich im Obergeschoss war dreckig und mit Hundehaaren überseht,da wollten wir nicht unser Kind spielen lassen.Also wir waren durch und durch enttäuscht.

Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Einziges Manko: Die Couch ist für 4 Personen zu klein. Ansonsten rund um schön.

Prachtig huisje / omgeving.

Wij hebben een super tijd gehad in woning nummer 44. Alles was zeer naar wens. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, wij hebben nul op of aanmerkingen. Een zeer complete woning met zo goed als nieuwe (keuken)apparatuur. Werden gastvrij ontvangen en er is veel informatie beschikbaar m.b.t. de omgeving. De omgeving heeft enorm veel te bieden. Een dagje Plzeň in Tsjechië is ook een aanrader.

Urlaub in gepflegtem Ferienhaus

Geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus. Moderne Küche mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten. Geschirr vielfach vorhanden, sodass ein sinnvoller Spülmaschinenbetrieb möglich war. Medienausstattung erstklassig: schnelles WLan überall verfügbar, TV-Bildschirm riesig und mit Internet-Programmen ausgestattet.

Absoluter Reinfall

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Anlage wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten unseres Ferienhauses (68) dann der Schock: Es roch nach kaltem Rauch, es war schmutzig, die Wohnung wirkte bestenfalls besenrein. Der Teppichboden wirkte, als wäre er nicht mal abgesaugt worden, Hundehaare von den Vorgängern inklusive. Der Backofen roch nach altem Fett, so dass wir keine Speisen darin zubereiten wollten. Die Krönung waren die Matratzen. Haare auf den Matratzenschonern, unter den Schonern gelb-braune Flecken mit Rändern. Die Bilder entsprachen auch nicht der Wirklichkeit. Wir hatten extra eine Preiskategorie höher gebucht, auch ein Garten sollte dabei sein, der in unserem Objekt winzig war. Ich rief die Reisedienstleiterin daraufhin an. Wir könnten am nächsten Tag eine andere Wohnung anschauen. Leider genau die gleichen unzumutbaren Mängel. Angeblich hätten wir den Hund zu spät nach gemeldet, weshalb wir eine andere Wohnung bekommen haben. Die Reisedienstleiterin versprach einen Preisnachlass. Dieser Nachlass war aber leider nur die Erstattung von einmal Bettwäsche und Handtücher plus Hund - lächerlich wenig, da der Preisunterschied zwischen der eigentlich von uns gebuchten Wohnung und der tatsächlich bekommen viel größer war.

Ein Platz zum Schlafen, mehr aber auch nicht

Leider war diese Unterkunft ziemlich vernachlässigt, unvollständig und lieblos. Angefangen vom Gesamtbild der Anlage, dass sich negativ von der Umgebung abhebt, bis zum Zustand des Hauses, der an fast allen Stellen Mängel aufwies, waren wir nur froh, das wir eine Unterkunft zum Schlafen hatten. Daraus kann viel mehr gemacht werden. Einzig die Küchenzeile war rel. Neu, angemessen und in Ordnung.

Een leuk huisje, mooie rustige omgeving en erg vriendelijk geholpen bij de receptie. De inrichting wat gedateerd maar netjes. Helaas niet erg schoon. De badkamer is ook erg vochtig en daardoor ook veel schimmel in de badkamer. Ook de wifi was maar af en toe beschikbaar.

Geeignet für Hundebesitzer

Unser Haus Nr.61 war dem Preis angemessen recht gut. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber durchaus bewohnbar. Ein defekter Gartenstuhl der am ersten Tag gemeldet wurde, wurde bis zum Ende des Urlaubs nicht ersetzt. Großer Kritikpunkt ist die Hundemenge. Wir sind selbst Tierfreunde, aber wenn in der Wohnung alles voll Hundehaare ist, Decken, Kissen etc., dann ist das sehr unangenehm. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen und können diese auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ruhiges Häuschen

Am Ortsrand gelegen, tolle Küchenausstattung, schön eingerichtet, insgesamt 3 Toiletten im Haus, 1 Dusche Zu Fuß in die Ortschaft muss man einen recht steilen Berg rauf, mit Kinderwagen sehr anstrengend. Das Feriendorf ist sehr beliebt bei Hundebesitzern, es waren viele unterwegs. Rezeption nur 2 Stunden täglich besetzt. Bei Fragen ist die Besitzerin aber telefonisch erreichbar. Anreise ohne Navi ist schwierig, da die Rezeption von der Ortschaft kommend schlecht beschildert ist

Überteuerte Energiekosten, abgewohnt

+ ruhige Lage + 3 Badezimmer + gut Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten - Energiekosten deutlich überteuert (versteckte Kosten) - klapprige und undichte Außentür - kaputte Bettwäsche, zu kurze und dünne Decken - zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr - abgewohnt Esszimmermöbel, Wand- und Geländerfarbe

Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien mit Hund zu empfehlen! Unser Garten war eingezäunt. Allerdings gehören die Bäder saniert. Aber was will man für das Geld erwarten.
