Cosy terraced house "Kleine Möwe". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Timmel, in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 15 m from the lake, 500 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 400 m2, garden with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Available: boat. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 850 m, railway station "Leer" 18 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km. Marina 1 km. Please note: fishing [permit required], private mooring.
3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf den See ist perfekt. Die überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht auch bei Regenwetter draußen sitzen zu können. Wir waren schon vor 2 Jahren im Haus kleine Möwe. Zwischenzeitlich viele Sachen wurden erneuert z.B. Möbel im Wohnzimmer, sehr großer TV, Ausstattung der Küche. Es war sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder.

Sauberes und räumlich gutes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus kleine Möwe mit der tollen Aussicht auf die grüne Natur, dem wunderschönen See und dem Sonnenschein der uns drei Wochen begleitet hat bescherte uns einen erholsamen Urlaub! Von der Hausverwalterin wurden wir sehr nett willkommen geheißen und auch verabschiedet. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist in der kleinen Möwe sehr gut aufgehoben!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur schön. Die überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht auch bei Regenwetter draußen sitzen zu können und die schöne Natur genießen zu können. Das war unser 2. Besuch im Haus Kleine Möwe und sicher nicht der letzte. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleine Möwe ,große Entspannung

Wir haben schon oft urlaub am Timmeler Meer gemacht.man kann hier super entspannen,angeln,Boot und Fahrrad fahren.In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken.Da wir meist im Herbst in diese Region fahren haben wir uns ganz bewusst für die“Kleine Möwe“entschieden.Dieses Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet,es ist alles vorhanden um einen angenehmen urlaub zu verbringen.Das Highlight ist die überdachte Terrasse.Gerade im Herbst wenn es öfter mal etwas regnet eine super Sache.Wir kommen wieder.

Schöne ruhige Lage. Alles im Haus vorhanden, was im Urlaub gebraucht wird. Hatten schönes Wetter. Hervorragend zum Baden am Strand und direkt am Haus.
