In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna (extra). Shopping facilities, boutique, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Shop 800 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 150 m, grass beach, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Marina 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, minigolf 800 m. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The property is one of a type of property or apartment. Instead of the 2 folding beds, a double bed couch is possible.
