Cosy, rustic house "Vittorio", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort Montorgiali, 10 km from the centre of Scansano, on a slope, 35 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and flowers. Hot tub. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Grosseto" 20 km, ferry "Civitavecchia" 110 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 35 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 30 km. Marina 45 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Nearby attractions: Montiano 23 km, Grosseto 20 km, Campagnatico 26 km. Hiking paths: Parco Naturale della Maremma 26 km.
"Vittorio", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Patio, garden, porch. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. 2 parking spaces on the lower part of the property, from there through the garden via footpath and stairs to the house (approx. 50 m). The terraced garden is behind the house, access approx. 20 m via footpath and a few stairs. In winter the gazebo is not covered and hot tube not available. Przytulne i stylowe miejsce

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Piękne klimatyczne mieszkanie we włoskim stylu. Bardzo wygodne, wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzebują turyści. Przemili właściciele, bardzo gościnni. Bardzo duży, piękny ogród z tarasem tylko dla własnego użytku. Mieszkanie w niewielkiej, historycznej miejscowości liczącej ok. 900 lat. Blisko restauracje, sklepy. Niedaleko do morza i szerokiej plaży. Urokliwa okolica, piękne toskańskie krajobrazy.

Klein aber fein in Italiens Hinterland

Wir waren hier mit unseren 2 Kindern 12 und 11. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber sehr gepflegt/sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (nur ein Schneidebrett sollte man sich mitnehmen, sollte man öfters kochen wollen). Vittorio spricht gut englisch und gibt einem viele, gute Tipps bezüglich Essen und Aktivitäten. Das einzige Manko, der wunderschöne Garten hat keinen direkten Zugang übers Haus und kann nur über einen steilen Weg erreicht werden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in italienischem Dorf

Wir haben uns auch in den sehr heißen Sommertagen in der Unterkunft mit dem riesigen und schönen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt (vor allem unser Hund). Alles ist sauber und der Hauseigentümer war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hat sofort geholfen als es kleinere Probleme gab. Das Dorf ist sehr klein mit engen Straßen und Gassen, wie man sich ein italienisches Dorf eben vorstellt. Die Einwohner waren ebenfalls überaus freundlich.

Ruhe und Erholung

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Küche war gut ausgestattet , es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war zwischen Badestrand und den Thermalquellen von Saturnia, so daß beides täglich erreichbar war, das war für uns sehr wichtig. Auch an heißen Tagen blieb die Wohnung kühl.

Die Vermieter, Eltern von Vittorio , waren ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die FeWo im Haus war für uns ok. Schlafzimmer, Wohnräume, Bad und Küche, waren sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Geschirr- und Handtücher waren in Unmengen vorhanden, doch leider fehlte uns ein Balkon. Wir mussten immer um das Haus herum runter in den Garten gehen, wo die Liegestühle standen. Und leider gab es unglaublich viele Mücken, deren bevorzugte Opfer wir wurden. Dafür waren alle Fenster in der FeWo mit einem Mückennetz versehen, was wir sehr löblich fanden. Fensterläden waren innen und außen vorhanden.
