Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 23.Oct.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture. Heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Long narrow motor access (100 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 250 m.
4-room house 160 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Renovated in 2019, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bath or shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful villa with a great garden

We spent two very relaxing weeks in this beautiful, very tastefully decorated house. Ideal also for our dog as it is completely enclosed. Plenty of space in the house and in the garden. Very nice contact with the owner.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde) haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, dessen Lage perfekt für viele Unternehmungen ist (Lucca, Pisa, das Meer, San Gimignano, Volterra, die Berge etc.) Wir wurden dort von Martina und auch dem Hausbesitzer Stefano äußerst nett begrüßt und betreut. Sie waren direkt ansprechbar für all unsere Fragen und haben uns auch nützliche Tipps gegeben. Der Garten ist wunderschön gestaltet mit seinen vielen Terrassen und dem Pool, der sehr gut sauber gehalten wurde. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei Martina, Stephano und ihrem Team. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Björg und Lukas

Sehr schönes Haus - perfekte Betreuung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist neu und es wurde alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Betreuung/das Housekeeping war perfekt - und jederzeit erreichbar. Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgehoben und umsorgt. Vielen Dank an E. !!

Traumhaft schöne Villa

Das wunderschöne Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich darin sehr wohlfühlen. Ringsherum das Grundstück ist riesengroß; man findet überall Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt und gepflegt. Auch am Pool lässt es sich gut aushalten. Der Vermieter kommt diskret früh morgens und reinigt ihn. Ausflugsziele wie Lucca und Pisa sind in einer halben Stunde, Florenz und das Meer in einer knappen Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können die Villa Piero sehr empfehlen!

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das auf einem Hang gelegene traumhafte Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Terrassen laden zum träumen ein. Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und bei Problemen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen, wenn man mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden will (z.B. Lucca, Pisa, Meer, Toskana). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr schön und sauber. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt also für Hunde ideal. Nachbar hat aber auch Hunde. Für Kinder ist der Garten leider wegen dem NaturGrundstück und einiger Treppen ohne Geländer sowie dem ungesicherten Pool nicht geeignet. Für die Zufahrt sollte man ein Auto mit ausreichend Bodenfreiheit haben. Viele Ausflüge im Umkreis mit Auto möglich .

Un très joli endroit excellent pour des vacances paisibles à la piscine. Jardin entièrement clôturé, un paradis pour nos chiens. Les possibilités de jolies visites de villes voisines ne manquent pas. La maison est très bien aménagée et les lits confortables. S. et L. sont des hôtes parfaits et très joignables. A recommander vivement!

Wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet!

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse mit dem schönen Pool, wie auch die vielen anderen Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus sind einladend und bieten eine tolle Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft. Buti ist ein ursprünglicher Ort mit guten Restaurants und auch die weitere Umgebung bietet mit den grossen Städten Pisa und Lucca und auch kleineren hübschen Orten abwechslungsreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la belle maison de lili et stéphano. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse et leur implication dans notre séjour (notre garçon malade, problème avec notre voiture). Maison très propre et confortable. La maison est également bien située pour visiter la toscane.

Bel endroit pour des vacances avec animaux

Tres belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. C’est endroit central pour les visites et idéal pour des vacanciers avec chiens car le jardin est totalement clôturé. L’an prochain il y aura même une piscine. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et disponibles.

Casa Piero è ideale per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta. La casa è grande, confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort sia all'interno che all'esterno. Il grande giardino, completamente recintato è stato perfetto e sicuro per i nostri 3 levrieri. La posizione consente di trascorrere una vacanza nella quiete ma anche di raggiungere rapidamente luoghi di interesse come città e borghi. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Davvero perfetto.
