Private: beautiful terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage mit Aussicht. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhige Lage die sofort zum Entspannen einlädt. Den Swimming Pool konnten wir auch im Oktober noch genießen. Im nahen Dorf Seggiano gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf.

1Woche pure Erholung

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Ein toller Blick auf den Monte Amiata, ein eingezäunten Anwesen ( unser Hund konnte frei laufen und hatte viel Spaß) mit Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Ein super schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Beschattung. Ausflüge in der Nähe gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: die Lage ist traumhaft auf einem Weinberg mit Blick auf den Monte Amiata und den Ort Seggiano. Gepflegter großer Garten über 2 Ebenen mit Terrassen und großem Pool. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Eigentümer sind aufmerksam und Kommunikation funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafte Villa

Die Villa liegt umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf den Monte Amiata und das malerische Städtchen Seggiano. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit großem Garten über 2 Ebenen mit schönem Pool und Terassen. Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut und die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Stadt sind malerisch. Man findet in der Unterkunft die totale Entspannung. Der Pool war schön groß und nicht von außen einsichtbar. Zwar muss man etwa 30-90 Minuten Fahrt rechnen, um in die touristisch interessanten Gebiete wie größere Städte (z.B. Siena) oder Strände (z.B. Grosetto) zu kommen, dafür findet man aber die absolute Ruhe hier im wunderschönen Haus.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt erhöht mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht in die Landschaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Auch der Pool sowie die Außenanlagen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung wünscht, ist hier richtig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Villa mit ausgezeichneter Lage und Weitblick

Die Villa al Sole liegt auf einem Hügelzug mit wunderbarer Sicht auf Seggiano. Sie ist grosszügige angelegt und verfügt über einen tollen und grossen Pool. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer/Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet. Sie sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und stehen stehts zur Verfügung, wenn man Fragen hat oder Unterstützung braucht. Die Anfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich. Das GPS hat uns auf dem direkten Weg für Offroader geführt.

Wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage

Die Villa al Sole bietet allen Komfort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Ausstattung des Hauses haben wir in sehr gutem Zustand angetroffen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und bieten viel Platz und Stauraum. Schöner, gepflegter Garten, toller Pool zum relaxen und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus mit dem tollen Ausblick war sehr schön, wir waren 6 Personen und die Größe war ausreichend. Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Hier fehlten auch ein paar Standards. Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Feriengefühl pur

Das Haus macht ein pures Feriengefühl. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr an unserem Wohlbefinden interessiert. Schön war auch, dass wir bei ihm Wein und Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau erwerben konnten. Der Garten beruhigt, der Pool bringt großen Spaß. Haus, Garten mit Pool und Ausblick machen große Lust auf Bleiben. Es locken aber noch unzählige Ausflugsziele. In den nahegelegenen Orten konnten wir uns bestens versorgen.

Très belle location

Belle location, agréable, très bien située, à la limite Sud de la Val d'Orcia. Point d'attention : un package de bienvenue avec condiments, produits de première nécessité ainsi que la mise à disposition d'information touristiques (cartes,...) seraient un plus.
