Historical working farm "Jockelsbauernhof und Backhäusle", 440 m a.s.l.. In the district of Ehlenbogen 3.5 km from the centre of Alpirsbach, 10 km from the centre of Schiltach, 19 km from the centre of Freudenstadt, in a secluded, sunny position. For shared use: property with meadow, orchard. Children's playground (swing, sandbox), parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop "Unterehlenbogen" 400 m, railway station "Alpirsbach" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8.5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The BACKHÄUSLE (DE7297.608.1) on the same property, as the name suggests, the former bakery, has been completely restored. The old building structure, quarry sandstone on the ground floor and half-timbered extension in the attic, as well as the old wood-fired oven have been preserved and give the house its unique charm. Hikes are possible from the house, the Kinzigtal cycle path runs past the house. The children's adventure trail 'Felix and his hat' ends at the farm. 3 inns (approx. 350-1500 m) are also within walking distance.
"Backhäusle", 2-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Note: From the kitchen-living room steep wooden stairs/ladder through open floor hatch into the attic.

charmant, gezellig vakantiehuisje

Een klein maar heel charmant huisje. Alles is er aanwezig. Vriendelijke eigenares. De hond voelt er zich op zijn gemak en heeft ook de nodige ruimte. Dichtbij het centrum en veel wandelmogelijkheden. Kortom een toplokatie!

Knus maar klein

Het was eens gezellig om het te beleven, maar voor herhaling niet vatbaar. Niet alleen de steile trap naar boven, maar zeer kleine badkamer. Er is ook geen dampkap boven het kookgedeelte.

Gemütliches Häuschen für Sportliche

Das Häuschen ist gemütlich, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Spülbecken ist recht klein, das Bad recht eng, die Treppe hoch ins OG recht steil und eher was für sportliche Menschen. Das OG mit 4 Betten ist überraschend geräumig. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fand ich es sehr teuer. Wobei ich natürlich nicht weiß, wieviel nach Abzug der Vermittlungsgebühren bei der Vermieterin ankommt.

Kleines, gemütliches Häuschen zum entspannen. Die Lage ist in der Mitte von zwei Dörfern, wo man gut Essen gehen und einkaufen kann. Direkt am Haus gibt es Möglichkeiten zum wandern.
