Kleines, zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus. Bequem für 2 Personen. Küche praktisch. Kleiner, gepflegter Garten. Leider ohne Liegestühle dafür mit freundlichen Katzenbesuchen. Kurzer Abstand zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. Sehr ruhiges Ferienhaus Quartier und trotzdem sind Supermarkt und Restaurants leicht zu Fuss erreichbar..

Die Lage ist Top Sind 50m zum Strand. Aber das Objekt ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Lage und der Preis in der Nebensaison macht’s schöner. In der Hauptsaison würde ich den Preis für die Unterkunft nicht bezahlen.

Gute Lage mit älterem aber sauberem Flair Großer Garten und Terrasse. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Neue aber harte Matrazen. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Küche ist ohne Mikrowelle. Haus ohne WLAN und einem super alten Mini TV. Super Lage zum Strand. Sind das 2.Mal in Casa Bini gewesen. Bekannte extra Kosten für die Klimaanlage und Bettwäsche u Handtücher, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett für Kinder. Sofa in der WZ/K

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung

Da wir vor drei Jahren schon einmal in diesem Haus waren wussten wir was uns erwartet. Daher keine Enttäuschung. In der Einrichtung wurde nichts erneuert und somit ist alles schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung des Hausrates ist auch sehr spartanisch. Für zwei Erwachsene okay, aber mit Kindern , wenn man kochen will, muss man schon sehr kreativ sein. Dem Gaten würde auch etwas mehr Pflege zu Gute kommen. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, allein aus diesem Grund werden wir wiederkommen und hoffen, dass wir irgendwann dann positiv überrascht werden.
