Villa "Kasara". 3 km from the centre of Mazan, 4 km from the centre of Carpentras, 30 km from the centre of Avignon, in the residential district. Private: natural state property 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Carpentras MARTINET1" 450 m.
"Kasara", 4-room house 120 m2. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Macken

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wir haben uns gut erholt, jedoch gibt es auch einige Macken. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und die Lampen flackern gerne mal. Es fehlt Besteck und Geschirr. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man hat seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr versteckt und kann nicht so leicht gefunden werden.

leuk en ruim huis met een ruime tuin, veel parking en een top-zwembad enige nadeel is dat de wc en de badkamer eigenlijk via een open raampje met mekaar in verbinding staan ;)

Keukengerei & verlichting

Voor meerdere personen valt het keukengerei krap uit, geen bierglazen, geen aperitiefglazen. Geen verlichting ‘s avonds bij het toekomen, sensor werkte niet. Lamp verlichting buiten aan keuken ging niet, eveneens 1 lamp kapot in badkamer.

Location très vieillissante

Ustensiles de cuisine salle Pas d étendoir Location très vieillissante aux niveau des équipements de cuisine(il y avait des trous dans le four) Douche cassée et délabrée salle de bain communiquée par une ouverture avec les toilettes avec aucune fermeture possible Toute les photos a l appuie si vous le souhaitez Etc…

Mooi, typisch provinciaals huis, rustig gelegen, mooi zwembad met barbecue. Eigenaar ernaast altijd bereid om problemen op te lossen maar stoort de gasten zeker niet !

Die Lage ist für viele Ausflüge ideal und die Poolanlage sehr schön. Wie in der Beschreibung richtig steht, ist das ummauerte Grundstück "naturbelassen" und die Einrichtung "feriengerecht". Uns fehlte, an den kühlen Oktoberabenden, etwas "freundliches Ambiente".

Spacieux mais manque de matériel de ménage en parfait état. Odeur dégouts par temps de pluie. Conseils de voyage: Bonne situation au niveau promenades et commerces.

Le système de ventilation de la fosse septique a été contrôlé et modifié. Le matériel pour le ménage a également été vérifé et complété.

séjour agréable

Entretien de la piscine à revoir ,installation électrique défectueuse, fils et dominos trempent dans l'eau. Manque supports pour vétements dans les chambres ainsi que des miroirs .
