Private: natural state property 157 m2, garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Narrow motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "La Bernardelle" 700 m. Nearby attractions: Alès 35 km, Nimes 70 km, Montpellier 75 km, Anduze 15 km. Hiking paths: Nombreux chemins de Randonnées GR, Parc national des Cévennes. Please note: car recommended.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
