In the hamlet Hiot 5 km from the centre of Prayssas, 16 km from the centre of Agen, 25 km from the centre of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 80 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 03.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, boules, terrace. In the house: table tennis. Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Camelat" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km, riding stable 5 km, fishing possibilities 500 m.

Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: small lounge with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 15 m2, roofed terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Excellent value for money.

We stayed for 3 weeks at this exceptionally well converted stone house/barn. The facilities were as good as home and the layout was perfect fro 2 couples. Mr & Mme F., the owners , were a delight and could not have been more helpful. The garden was just the job for our 2 dogs, totally contained with no possibility of escape. The pool, although not heated, was around 28 degrees, even in September.If you like apples this is the place to go. Would certainly return.

Top locatie en verhuurder

Een vakantiewoning waar je niets tekort komt en volledig tot rust kan komen. Van de prachtige tuin met zeer goed onderhouden zwembad tot alle voorzieningen in en rond de woning. Ook de verhuurders verdienen 5 sterren. Ze luisteren naar je noden en helpen steeds met een glimlach. Hier zullen we zeker nog terug naartoe gaan. Als ik dan een minpunt moet vinden is de Wifi wel van slechte kwaliteit.

Seit Jahren buchen wir dieses Haus, weil es einfach passt: der grosse, eingezäunte Garten, der Pool mit Poolhaus und kleiner Küche, die ruhige Umgebung und nicht zuletzt die sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Ein Auto ist unabdingbar.

Perfecte locatie om tot rust te komen

We werden warm onthaald door de eigenaars. Het huisje is heel rustig gelegen en het is er aangenaam vertoeven op een warme zomerdag bij het privé zwembad. Het huis was overigens zeer net en goed uitgerust. Het enige minpunt voor ons was dat het wat verder lag van bakker etc. Maar dat maakt het dan ook weer rustig.
