Très belle prestation à 2 min de la plage

Nous étions 6 et la maison est parfaitement adaptée à ce nombre. Très bien équipée, bonne literie et en primé joliment décorée.

Piriac-sur-mer sur mer ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort in der Bretagne, ein paar Hundert Meter vom Haus entfernt ist eine Bäckerei, davor ein Fischgeschäft (fangfrische Meeresfrüchte)...jeden 2. Tag Markt in der Hochsaison. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Herrliche Ruhe....das Haus hatte alles, was man benötigt ! Super viel Geschirr....nette Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten.... Im Obergeschoss konnte man die Dachfenster verdunkeln. Abwicklung lief super ! TOP

Un séjour agréable mais...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de manière générale. La propriété est conforme à l'annonce en terme d'équipement. Concernant le WIFI, il n'a pas réellement bien fonctionné et nous a obligé à utiliser notre propre 4G. Je recommande au propriétaire d'investir dans un "vrai" ADSL et non une passerelle 4G. Au bout de trois jours, le débit est passé d'un coup de bon à médiocre. Ensuite, au niveau rangement, le propriétaire n'a pas donné accès à certains meubles. La quantité de vaisselle est plutôt importante (dépassant largement les attentes). Mais du fait de toute cette vaisselle et de la fermeture de certains rangements, il a été assez difficile de trouver de la place pour ranger nos "courses". Il serait très agréable d'avoir des placards de rangement.

Matraze im EG.durchgelegen bis auf die Sprungfedern. Dusche randvoll gelaufen und benötigte dann 10 Minuten zum Ablaufen für jede Person.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist hell und ansprechend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse ist zum Essen und Entspannen ideal. Das Highlight ist aber die Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom sehr schönen Strand und dem Küstenwanderweg entfernt. Einzig der Garten, der ohne einen Grashalm mit grobem Kies bedeckt ist, hat uns nicht so zugesagt. Allerdings ist dies für uns in der Gesamtschau nicht so beachtlich, dass wir deswegen einen Punkt abziehen würden. Also klare Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelege...

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr sauber. Der Grill, der draußen stand, war kaputt, dafür gabs aber noch zwei intakte Grills in der Garage. Uns war das egal, wir hatten unseren eigenen Grill mitgebracht. Wie bei allen Ferienhäusern gilt auch hier:spezielle Sachen sind immer mitzubringen (z.B. scharfe Kochmesser, Geschirrhandtücher, etc.). Zwei Kritikpunkte habe ich dann aber doch: Es gibt W–Lan nur über einen Surfstick. Das bedeutet, daß man nur begrenzt surfen darf und tatsächlich unterschreibenmuß, daß man nicht streamt. Das wäre nicht das Problem, wenn es denn wenigstens einen deutschen Fernsehsender gegeben hätte! Da könnte man noch nachbessern und auch ausländische Sender einprogrammieren (ging nur über PIN).Der zweite Kritikpunkt sind die Stühle am Esstisch: Das sind winzig kleine Klappstühle und die sind erwartungsgemäß unbequem. Also gemütlich beim Gläschen Wein am Esstisch sitzen funktioniert leider nicht.Davon mal abgesehen ist das Haus toll und wir hatten einen prima Urlaub. Reisetipps: Piriac selbst ist ein sehr sympathischer Ort mit sehr sympathischen Leuten. Keinswegs verpassen darf man den Markt (im Sommer immer montags, mittwochs und samstags). Es hat tolle Restaurants in Piriac und eine sensationelle Eisdiele (Le Pole Nord)! Die nähere Umgebung ist beschaulich, es lohnen Asuflüge nach Nantes oder nach Carnac. Oder man geht einfach nur am Strand um die Ecke spazieren. Faszinierend ist auch eine Tour durch die Salzgärten von Guérande. Lohnenswerte Ziele sind auch das Océarium in Le Croisic und das Château de Ranrouët.

Must:Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentrockentücher––nervt ist aber nicht zu ändern Reisetipps: Belle Ile–Fähre ab La Turbale morgens um 8.00–––dann auf der Insel E_Bikes mieten und man kommt wirklich weit,die Insel ist wunderschön aber mit vielen Steigungen eher anstrengend wenn man nur ein fahrrad wählt.Strand:Richtung La Turballe,vor Abfahrt nach Lerat Center und Campingplatz Parkplatz re.Seite – Strand ist dort super und nicht zu überlaufenNantes als tagesziel absolutes Muss

Die Vermieterin sichert uns zu, dass ein Kartoffelschäler und eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sind. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher müssen mitgebracht werden (siehe Nebenkosten).
