House "Mikac", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Županje 12 km from the centre of Malinska, 3 km from the centre of Šilo, 13 km from the centre of Vrbnik, 3.1 km from the sea, 3.1 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Airfield 16 km from the property. The owner lives in an apartment on the upper floor.
6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Balcony 4 m2. Deck chairs. Facilities: mosquito net, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors. One shower/WC on the ground floor is located outside the house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Die Bilder sind etwas gestreckt in Wirklichkeit ist das Objekt etwas kleiner, aber ansonsten alles sehr gut, freundliche Vermieter, sehr ruhige Lage, nur zu empfehlen.

Haus Mikac

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und Garten sehr schön. Es gibt auch allerlei Küchengeräte die nützlich sind. Ein grosser Grill steht im Garten, ein großer Tisch und ein kleinerer auf der Veranda. Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank/Kühlschrank im externen Aussenbereich sind Luxus. Auch eine Dusche mit WC und Waschbecken im Pool Garten ist gold wert. Einzig die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind überschätzt in der Anzeige! Die Betten, bis auf das Elternzimmer, sind für "Deutsche Ansprüche" klein.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit toller Außenanlage

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit (hat uns Fisch besorgt und grillfertig zubereitet). Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum planschen und erholen ein Pool ist sehr sauber und wird in Abwesenheit gereinigt Zusätzliche Dusche und WC außen Beim Essplatz außen gibt es einen extra Raum mit Waschmaschine und zusätzlichem Kühlschrank was sehr praktisch ist Inneneinrichtung ist schön und funktional Es gibt 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück das mit einem Tor Einkauf leider nur mit Auto Top Urlaub!

Für 3Paare das ideale Objekt. ...

Für 3Paare das ideale Objekt. Vom eigentlichen Urlaubstrubel entfernt und doch mittendrin. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und das Higlight des Objektes. Toll ist auch die neue Terrasse M Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und umsorgen ihre Gäste sehr liebevoll. Gern kommen wir wieder. Reisetipps: Sehenswert ist der Sonnenuntergang von Dobrinj aus.

Location spacieuse et bien sit...

Location spacieuse et bien située a 10mn en voiture la mer (Silo).Propriétaire serviable et répond rapidement aux questions.Seuls problemes : L air conditionne est trop cher et l eau de la piscine était un peu trouble.

Merci d'avoir rédigé votre commentaire. Le propriétaire a fait faire installer un nouveau système de filtrage de l'eau de la piscine.
