Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, hot tub (extra). Washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 1.4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 4 km pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 16 km from the property.
