For shared use: tennis (extra), children's playground. In the complex: reception. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Heutau" 2.5 km. Mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 14 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The photograph shows a typical example. The photo is just an example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.
"Salzburg", 2-room apartment 68 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC or shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: open gallery with 2 beds. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Occasionally the double sofa bed in the living room can be replaced by 2 single beds on the gallery. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Ausreichend für einen Kurztrip mit der Familie

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip in die Berge. Die Buchung war in etwas holprig und nach der Buchung ist mir erst aufgefallen, dass Strom extra bezahlt werden muss. Das alles hat zu einem etwas unsicheren Gefühl im Vorfeld geführt. Vor Ort war die Abwicklung super, absolut unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung war für den Preis ok. Die Einrichtung war teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil komplett neu.

Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage Es war alles vorhanden was man auch im Alltagsleben benötigt. Kleine Küche mit modernem Herd, doppel Bett,WC mit Dusche,Esstisch und Couchgarnitur. Einen großen Balkon zum Entspannen.

Schöner Urlaub in weniger schöner Fewo

in schöner ruhiger Umgebung gelegen Ausstattung sehr einfach Einrichtung dringend renovierungsbedürftig, alles irgendwie zusammengewürfelt wer es in der Wohnung hübsch haben möchte, muss woanders hinfahren sehr hellhörig aber viele gute Radwege, schöne Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung, wenn man das Interieur übersieht und die Nachbarwohnungen frei sind, kann man sich gut erholen

Leider etwas muffig,war wohl lange nicht vermietet. Nur Kapselmaschiene für den Kaffee. Auch kein Handfilter vorhanden. Haben wir gekauft und dagelassen. Sonst ok . Rezepion freundlich.

Einfache Ferienwohnung für gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Für 4 Personen, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut geeignet. Heizkörper veraltet, Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Urig, schöner Balkon, gute Raumaufteilung, neues großes Badezimmer.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber eine wunderschöne Ruhe

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung die hier und da vllt. doch mal etwas Neues vertragen könnte. Nichts desto trotz sehr schön gelegen, ruhig und man hat alles was man benötigt. Brötchen kann man an der Rezeption bestellen (10min. Laufweg) und ein Laden ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Touristengebiete wie Chiemsee, Hochfelln , Ruhpolding, München, Berchtesgaden und vieles weiteres sind in 30-60min.erreichbar. Gern mal wieder es ist ein Stück Natur, welche man nicht überall in Deutschland erleben kann.
