Beautiful house "La Chambaillarde", from the 18th century, renovated in 2017, surrounded by meadows and fields. 4.5 km from the centre of Dieulefit, 1.5 km from the centre of Le Poet-Laval, 25 km from the centre of Montelimar. Private: natural state property 2'100 m2 with trees, meadow. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Souspierres Village" 7 km.
"La Chambaillarde", 5-room house 165 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: large entrance hall. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 pull-out bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. La maison était très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin, les adultes ont apprécié les transats! De nombreuses balades à faire dans le coin.

We hebben 3 weken lang genoten van ons verblijf in "La Chambaillarde". Alles was prima geregeld. Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te genieten van de prachtige omgeving, maar vergeet ook niet de Rhône over te steken en de ruigere Ardèche te bezoeken.Alles op een uurtje afstand.Kortom, een absolute aanrader!

Grande maison authentique - parfait famille

La maison de caractère est bien située, au calme, spacieuse, bien restaurée et avec cheminée + terrasse sans vis à vis L'équipement est très bon Etat de propreté juste parfait. Mais : - pas de local poubelle, ni de poubelle sur place : les propriétaires font le ramassage - l'électricité n'était pas incluse, les propriétaires sans notre accord ont fait la préchauffe avant ( prévoir 100e la semaine en mi saison ) - la box internet n'a jamais marché et comme pas TNT, on avait ni internet ni TV

Ideal um einen Familienurlaub zu machen. Wir waren acht Personen (Familie + 2 Freunde), und es passte alles. Wir haben jeden Tag selbst gekocht – die Kueche mit Einrichtung ist bestens ausgestattet. Ausserdem gibt's einen Grill. Reisetipps: Montelimar, Vaison–la–Romaine, Dieulefit selbst

Wunderschönes Haus am Waldrand...

Wunderschönes Haus am Waldrand mit großem Grundstück. Ein toller Mix aus altem Bestand und Sanierung.Wir waren als Familie zu siebt und haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Morgens frühstücken im Garten und abends zusammensitzen am Kamin.Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, die Vermieter wohnen in einem Haus nebenan, sind aber absolut unaufdringlich und sehr nett. Sie sprechen sehr gut englisch, wenn das Französisch nicht ganz reicht.Falls es uns mal wieder in die Region verschlägt, sind wir wieder hier. Reisetipps: Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass diese Region touristisch wenig erschlossen ist, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Wir waren in Dieulefit auf einem Markt ohne Schnick Schnack mit leckerem Obst, Gemüse, Käse und natürlich Nougat.Vort Ostern hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Natur jeden Tag etwas neues zum Blühen bringt, bunt und schön. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wanderungen bei Saou und waren auch mal in Montelimar. Alles in allem unaufgeregt, aber sehr naturbelassen und sehr schön.Hoffentlich bleibt das noch eine Weile so.

les+ : - le jardin enchanteur sous des arbres majestueux, prolongement de la forêt voisine - la maison pratique avec ses 2 escaliers - l’équipement - la présence des propriétaires qui sont voisins immédiats - la cheminée bien placée, très agréable, excellent tirage, bois offert les- : -la terrasse peu mise en valeur -l’installation électrique déroutante (position des interrupteurs) mais on s’habitue -quelques odeurs de fosse septique, qui a été refaite très récemment (mise au point en cours)
