In the district of Rigonou 2.5 km from the centre of Camaret-sur-Mer, 9 km from the centre of Crozon, 70 km from the centre of Brest, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'500 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Trez Rouz" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Camaret, cité des Artistes, Pointe de Pen Hir, Presqu'île de Roscanvel.

Renovated in 2017, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, flat screen, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. There is no direct connection between the bedrooms on the upper floor. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe,das Haus ist ein Traum.Sehr schön renoviert.Mit viel Geschmack und Liebe dekoriert.Bestens ausgestattet.Es fehlte nichts.Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht weit bis zum Meer und Zöllnerpfad Wanderweg.Viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Und würden das Haus wieder buchen,wenn wir in die Bretagne fahren würden.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil für eine Großfamilie

wir verbrachten eine Woche zu sechst im Haus gemeinsam mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Söhnen, ihren Freundinnen und Hund. Das gesamte Haus ist extrem großzügig gestaltet, ein wunderbarer Mix aus altem Mauerwerk und moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist fantastisch bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet, Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Schöner, großer Garten mit Meerblick und zwei Grills. Zur nächsten kleinen Badebucht nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren insgesamt komplett begeistert.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir sind begeistert von dem schönen Haus, was für 8 Leute sehr gut geeignet ist. Unterkunft und toller Garten mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Direkt hinter dem Garten führt ein Fußweg durch die Natur in 10 Minuten ans Meer. Unbedingt zu empfehlen: Wanderungen auf dem Fernwanderweg GR 34

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage

Wir wurden sehr liebevoll in diesem extrem geschmackvollen und praktisch eingerichteten Haus empfangen. Alles ist modern, sehr großzügig und stilvoll. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Und dann ist da noch dieser wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer und die Steilküste. Grandios! Die Lage ist überhaupt bemerkenswert. Vom Haus aus erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in weniger als 10 min den Küstenwanderweg. Von dortaus kann man nach Camaret oder in die entgegengesetzte Richtung laufen. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man in 10 min nach Camaret und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an alle umliegenden Strände. Einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen eine so schöne Woche verbringen durften.
