Private: garden 1'500 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Trez Rouz" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Camaret, cité des Artistes, Pointe de Pen Hir, Presqu'île de Roscanvel.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open gallery with sloping ceilings. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. There is no direct connection between the bedrooms on the upper floor. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
