The pool is in approx. 50 m distance and for shared use for the whole residential area.

Mein Sohn war mit 2 Freunden in dem Haus untergebracht. Leider war über den gesamten Aufenthalt das WLAN nicht verfügbar, das Duschwasser war permanent kalt und die Duschbrause war kaputt. Mein Sohn hat diese dann Vorort selbst repariert. Das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern dargestellt wurde.

Herrliche Lage mit Sicht auf den Gardasee

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern eine Woche in dem hübschen Häuschen mit Seeblick. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer hatten wir immer als Bett ausgeklappt, und es war immer noch genug Platz. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Klimaanlage im Wohnraum und Ventilator im Schlafzimmer waren super, haben alle gut geschlafen. Die Spülmaschine wäscht gut, der Kühlschrank hat oben ein kleines Gefrierfach. Zum Pool sind es nur 3 Minuten, schöner sauberer Pool (2 Pools) mit Blick auf Calmasino und den Gardasee. Die Lage ist super. Hatten eine tolle Zeit, sind sehr viel unterwegs gewesen und daher war für uns 5 der Platz auf jeden Fall genug. Der weite Blick war schon wirklich was Besonderes. Einzige Anmerkungen: manches Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber (liegt vielleicht an Urlaubern vor uns) und der Rasen war braun und trocken- was bei dem derzeitigen Trockenzeit auch verständlich ist.

Schönes Haus mit Blick schönem Blick

Das Haus ist wircklich gut ausgestattet, was sie Sauberkeit angeht ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Haus ist auch deutlich kleiner als die angegebenen 70 qm. Für die Heizung wurde nochmal eine Gebühr von 10,- € pro Tag fällig, die vorher nicht erwähnt wurde, eine diesbezügliche E Mail an die Agentur blieb unbeantwortet. Der Garten und der Blick sind wirklich schön.
