In the district of Rohrmoos 6 km from the centre of Schladming, 3 km from the centre of Rohrmoos, in a secluded, elevated position on top of a hill, 1 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden 1'300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. 6 km long motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Schladming" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 6.5 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Planai 6 km, Hochwurzen 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Panoramic outdoor sauna for a fee (Euro 20,-/hour).

Amazing view

The apartment (entire building) is quite new (2017) and very nice finished! Large bathroom and shower area! Very lange balcony with stunning view of Dachstein mountains!! Enough parking space and even a room to store our mountain bikes. Owners are very nice. I will for sure recommend this appartment to anyone.
