Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr schon einmal in diesem Haus in der Wohnung "die 53er" waren, diese aber

Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr schon einmal in diesem Haus in der Wohnung "die 53er" waren, diese aber nicht zur Verfügung stand, hatten wir uns dann für diese Wohnung entschieden. Die Fewo ist auch für geheingeschränkte Personen optimal, dank stufenlosen Zugang und Aufzug. Schade war nur das uns kein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel zur Verfügung stand, obwohl wir dieses bei Ankunft der Vermieterin telefonisch mitgeteilt hatten. Sie wollte sich darum kümmern ......... aber leider erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung. Wieder daheim angekommen erhielten wir einen Anruf der Vermieter, die nachfragten ob wir bei der Tourist-Information unsere Kurabgabe beglichen hätten. Diese hatten wir direkt am ersten Tag vor Ort bezahlt. Zum Glück heben wir solche Zahlungsbelege immer eine Weile auf. Hier sollte am Informationsfluss der Gastgeber und Tourist-Information gearbeitet werden ......! Oder aber, wie woanders auch, sollte die Kurabgabe in die Rechnung der Buchung aufgenommen werden. Trotz alledem hatten wir aber einen schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder eine Fewo in diesem Haus buchen.
