With 98 m² of space, the apartment offers plenty of room for up to 6 adults and 2 toddlers.

The Apartment
The spacious, bright living room is located in the basement and features satellite TV (Smart TV with internet), games, books, and DVDs for adults and children, a large dining table, a stereo system, and a Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The large sofa can be easily converted into a high-quality bed with a cold-foam mattress and an Ergo-Flex slatted frame. The windows in the apartment are equipped with fly screens. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent view across the unspoiled, undeveloped peninsula all the way to the Baltic Sea. From the balcony, you can also enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine. The balcony is furnished with a seating area, two folding high-back chairs, and children’s chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen in the basement leaves nothing to be desired. With a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils, you’ll be completely self-sufficient. For breakfast, you can have delicious rolls delivered directly to your door by the bread service. A bakery lorry with fresh cakes and rolls stops by the house three times a week.

A small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is also located in the basement.

A staircase equipped with child safety gates leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the larger bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, changing table, and a window offering a view of the peninsula.

In the two bedrooms located on the upper floor, you can really get a good night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with high-quality beds, mattresses, and box springs. Each bedroom features a cot and either one or two wardrobes or a chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms also offers a stunning view across the peninsula to the Baltic Sea.

Every detail in this apartment has been carefully considered for the well-being of your child or children. For example, the electrical sockets and stairs are childproofed, the indoor climate can be monitored with a thermometer and hygrometer, and the cabinets are secured to prevent tipping. There is a generous selection of children’s equipment, including a handcart, 2 high chairs, 2 cots, sand toys, child-friendly DVDs and books, children’s seating, a changing table attachment for the bathtub, child-friendly dishes and cutlery, motion-sensor night lights in the hallway, coat hooks at child-friendly heights, two Bobby Cars, and plenty of toys. This means the family doesn’t need to bring half their children’s belongings along on holiday.

The Property
The large property, surrounded by strawberry fields, a bird sanctuary, and a golf course, offers you a high level of comfort. You can park your car and bicycles safely and free of charge in the on-site underground garage. A table tennis room is also available for your use at no charge. In the courtyard and on the lawn, you’ll find plenty of seating areas, a large wooden playground, barbecue areas, a sauna house, a fish-cleaning room, and a laundry room with dryers.

The Surrounding Area Within Walking Distance
To the north, east, and west, you can reach the Baltic Sea on foot in about 800 m., Whether it’s a rocky coastline, a natural beach, or a fine sandy beach, you decide where to go. Many trees along the beach provide shady spots. The harbour, the Italian restaurant Little Italy, and the beach chair rental are also about 800 m away. A large and very popular golf course is right on your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity, there are many biking and hiking trails for extended tours along the Baltic Sea coast. On these tours, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, take a break, and go for a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.

In the surrounding area
The magnificent location between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen offers you countless leisure and excursion opportunities. At the nearby Wohlenberger Wiek, you can surf, kiteboard, sail, or rent a boat. There’s a surf school on-site offering a variety of courses. The Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, with its large promenade, pier, and many shops and cafés, has become a hotspot on the Baltic Sea and is well worth a visit for its well-maintained beaches. In the Hanseatic city of Wismar, just a few kilometres away, you can visit a zoo, the Wonnemar leisure and water park with its large sauna area, or take a stroll through the historic old town. At the harbour, you can buy fresh fish or set out on Baltic Sea fishing trips aboard a cutter. The Pirate Open-Air Theatre in nearby Grevesmühlen also offers fun for the whole family. For day trips, consider, for example, the state capital Schwerin with its fairytale castle or the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
