The Holiday Rental
A place of idyll and open spaces. That’s how you could describe this little oasis on Lake Schwerin. With 60 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The large living area, with an integrated kitchen and dining area, is perfect for cosy get-togethers. Satellite TV (Smart), radio, Wi-Fi (fiber-optic), and games provide entertainment. The living area features a sleeper sofa for 1 adult or 2 children. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed or separated into single beds). Highlights of the bathroom include a walk-in shower, underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a dryer.

From the living area, you can step out onto the large terrace, which opens onto an adjacent lawn. Enjoy the view across the fields and cattle pastures all the way to the horizon. Sun loungers, a grill, and seating are provided. You can park your car and bicycles under a covered area on the property. The holiday rental is located on a farm (grassland farming and cattle raising as a sideline).

The centre of Bad Kleinen is just a few minutes’ walk away. A supermarket (Aldi) and a snack bar are just 200 metres away. In the town centre, you’ll find additional supermarkets, a tourist information office, bike rentals, doctors’ offices, a post office, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, and several shops. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the supervised outdoor swimming area on Lake Schwerin, the pier, and the marina. The train station, with direct connections to Wismar, Schwerin, Rostock, Lübeck, Hamburg, and Berlin, is 1,200 m away.

Surroundings, Leisure, and Attractions:
By car, you can reach the state capital of Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15–20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also just a 20-minute drive away. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open-Air Theatre, the Wonnemar water park, the zoo, numerous museums, the cinema, Schwerin Castle, the theatre, or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless options for every kind of weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the fish restaurant about 2 km away, where you can enjoy delicious fish. Here you can also rent a boat and explore the lake.
