Schmales Haus mit wundervollem Blick

Das Ferienhaus La Coccinella ist keine Luxusunterkunft, hält aber alles bereit, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Für die schmale Wendeltreppe zwischen den Etagen sollte man sehr beweglich sein. Die Fenster bieten durch die erhöhte Wohnlage einen grandiosen Blick über den See, den wir bei jedem Wetter genossen haben. Im Sommer füllt der Duft der Zitrus- und der Lorbeerbäume der Gärten ringsum die Luft. Der Lärm einer nahen Baustelle schmälerte die Erholung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schön war es!

Der Blick vom oberen Balkon über den See ist wunderschön. Das Apartment ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Pfannen und Töpfe sollten bei Gelegenheit durch neue ersetzt werden. Heißes Wasser und Internet waren sehr zuverlässig. Über bequemere Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon hätten wir uns gefreut.Wir haben angenehme Tage hier verbracht.

Wir haben tolle 14 Tage gehabt

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Nur die Suche nach dem kleinen Strand war ein bisschen mühselig.

Stilvolles Ferienhäuschen mit traumhaftem Seeblick

Stilvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail, alles Benötigte vorhanden, traumhafter Seeblick, eigenes Grundstück mit Haus und PKW Abstellplatz, für die sehr enge, kleine Wendeltreppe zum Schlafzimmer und Bad muss man gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Sehr ruhige Lage, nachts keinerlei Verkehrslärm. Jederzeit zu empfehlen für einen tollen Urlaub.

Ein ganz süßes und liebevoll e...

Ein ganz süßes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in herrlicher Lage mit Seeblick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse. Das Haus liegt in einem normalen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieter haben wirklich an alles gedacht und insbesondere die Küche ist wirklichmit allem ausgestattet, netterweise auch mit einigen Verbrauchsgütern wie Gewürzen, Küchenpapier, Kerzen und vielem mehr. Tolle Fliegenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern! Ideal für ein Paar und max. ein (jüngeres) Kind, da nur ein Schlafzimmer. Uns hat es zwar überhaupt nicht gestört, aber es wäre eventuell erwähnenswert, dass nur italienische TV–Sender zu empfangen sind. Abwicklung (Ankunft und Abreise) mit der Vermieterin bzw. Schlüsselhalterin hat hervorragend geklappt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, allerdings sprach die Kontaktperson nur italienisch. Terrassenmöbel sind sehr bequem, nur der Sonnenschirm (der unbedingt notwendig ist) ist für die Terrassengröße zu klein. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung und in einem wirklich hübschen, originellen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhäuschen! Reisetipps: Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man alle bekannten Ziele am Comer See leicht erreichen. Man ist schnell in Varenna, von wo aus man mitder Fähre nach Bellagio übersetzen kann.Eine Besonderheit ist, dass man die Abtei von Piona bequem mit einem ca. halbstündigen Spaziergang erreichen kann.
