Cosy, rustic cottage "La Rovere", 450 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Cossano Belbo, 4 km from the centre of Stefano Belbo, 20 km from the centre of Alba, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 80 km from the sea. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball court, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 4.1 km, railway station "Alba" 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in La Rovere. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön und das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Und: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Superbe adresse endroit

Très bel endroit. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très belle. Il y a une grande table dans le jardin, sous une pergola, où on peut manager avec la vue sur les collines. On est au calme dans la nature. La piscine est en contrebas est très chouette (elle est un peu plus petite que l impression donnée par les photos). Les enfants y étaient constamment. La grande maison peut être divisée en 2 locations mais nous avions réservé les 2 parties avec des amis, donc nous avions l ensemble pour nous. Nous étions 14 et il y avait encore une chambre avec un grand lit non utilisée et un lit simple. On peut être à 17 sans problème. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Nous lui avons demandé des couteaux supplémentaires qu il est allé en acheter. Le règlement avec la caution et l electricite s est passé sans probleme, de manière très reglo. En résumé nous sommes très content et on recommande cet endroit, surtout si vous réservez les 2 parties.

Magnifique situation, exterieur et vue superbes

Le gîte en lui-même et l'exterieur du gîte etaient splendides...très belle situation, magnifique vue. Il manquait juste un peu de vaisselle (verres, assiettes, couverts, mixer) pour que ce soit parfait, ainsi que de lumiere à l'exterieur (au niveau de la table de jardin) pour profiter de la fraicheur de la soirée à l'extérieur. Dans l'ensemble, c'etait super.

Zum Kochen müssen Gewürze und etwas Werkzeug aus der eigenen Küche mitgebracht werden. Reisetipps: Es gibt jede Menge Regionales einzukaufen. Kühlbox im Auto ist für den Transport auf dem Heimweg von Vorteil.
