Very cosy cottage "Ca' Giustin", 600 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Roccaverano, 26 km from the centre of Acqui Terme, 14 km from the centre of Bubbio, on top of a hill, 58 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 1.8 km long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 12 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Acqui Terme" 26 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
