In the heart of the Langa in southern Piedmont, surrounded by nature, tranquility and sun from morning to evening. About 30 minutes drive from Alba, easy to reach by car. In the midst of several hectares of land, the recently renovated farmhouse is located. Spacious room layout and solid and typical tasteful design let the tourists "arrive ..."! In the modern kitchen, the hobby chef can feel comfortable and bring fresh local produce to the table. The covered terrace is like a second dining room long after sunset ..... Wines from local winemakers are available for purchase, or we can arrange a visit to a family winery in the Langa or Roero. The ideal starting point for excursions to Liguria, the Mediterranean, Genoa, the Western Alps, the majestic Turin, Savigliano, Cuneo, Mondovì ...

Fantastisk børnevenligt og dejligt hus

Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie. Huset passer fortrinligt til familien og der var mange legemuligheder for de 2 mindste på 3 år. Vi savnede en større gril, flere store vinglas, samt glas som kunne tages med ned til poolen. Bestemt et hus og område vi gerne vil besøge igen.

Groot rustig gelegen huis met prachtig zicht

Zeer goed verblijf, ruim, mooi groot zwembad. Kids zaten tot ‘‘s avonds laat in zwembad. Erg genoten van het mooie uitzicht en de rust.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i boligen, der ligger skønt imellem hassel træer og flot natur. Vi var 2 familier, 8 personer i alt, og huset levede helt op til beskrivelsen og billederne. Vi kommer gerne igen.

What an utterly amazing house. Spacious, well laid out & catered for our family of 10 adults admirably. The location may not suit everyone as a car is needed to get about, but the vista & serenity were bliss. The natural salt water pool was great & the games room well used. The house was well equipped & we were looked after so well by Maria & her team - rubbish removed almost daily, lovely fresh veg left & the one problem with the cooker we had was tended to within the hour. The only small criticism would be that the fridge/freezer space was limited. Fantastic holiday in a beautiful area of Italy, with lots of hidden gems. Would highly recommend. Th

Wonderful family vacation

PROS: - The villa is much bigger and nicer than we expected. With big bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. The kitchen and living room area is very nice and enough of kitchenware. (but no toaster) - The villa is isolated - so peaceful and private. - The outside dining area is wonderful with amazing view of the mountains and other towns and there is a BBQ that we used a a lot. - The pool area is amazing and you can put a cover over the pool during the night by just pushing a button. In the pool storage.. there is a lot of inflatable stuff and toys for the pool. - The little towns around like Cravanzana and Farigliano are wonderful to visit. Highly recommended. CONS: - The villa is in very high altitude so you can expect a bit colder weather, less sun with thunderstorms in the afternoon. Therefore the pool was a bit too cold. It was also too cold in the villa itself during the night. (Our visit was in June) - The hills around the house are steep so you have to keep a good eye on the little ones. - The closest grocery store is in 20 min drive away. So that would be a 1 hour mission at least. Overall, wonderful place.

Schönes abgelegenes Haus

Wir waren Ende August zum Familienurlaub dort. Leider war zu dieser Zeit die Haselnussernte, was zu sehr starken Lärmbelästigung von morgens bis abends führte. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Mängel wurde umgehend beseitigt ( Sonnenschirm ersetzt und Reparatur am WC) Müll wurde immer wieder abgeholt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig.

Ett fantastiskt ställe!

Vi var här i en vecka i slutet av juni. En super trevlig vistelse med allt man kan önska sig. Trevligt bemötande av Anselmo som hjälpte till med det som behövdes. Ett mycket fint hus med en fantastisk utsikt och en helt underbar pool. Cravanzana ligger lite högre vilket gör att temperaturen blir lite bättre (svalare) än nere vid tex Barolo mm.

Wunderbares Haus in schöner Lage

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage und grossem Pool. Der grosse Garten, die Terrasse und der Balkon bieten grosszügigen Platz, sind schön möbliert und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten, Kissen, Handtücher, Geschirr, Grill etc. alles ausreichend und in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Familien oder kleinere Gruppe bis 8 Personen Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Maison piémontaise isolée

Les plus : maison très propre, conforme à l’annonce, produits du terroir à vendre sur place, beau mobilier terrasse et piscine et en grand nombre. Les moins : maison très isolée, difficile d’accès (chemin d’accès limite carrossable), piscine non chauffée et à l’ombre ( donc non utilisable le matin et fin d’après-midi pourtant notre séjour était du 15 au 30 août), mobilier chambre et salle de bains désuets et cabines de douche très petites (60), éclairage extérieur terrasse inadapté (uniquement au-dessus de la porte d’accès à la cuisine donc attirant le soir tous les moustiques). Nos 3 derniers jours de location ont été gâchés par le ramassage des noisettes ( bruit de moteur et poussière du matin 7h30 au soir 20h, nous contraignant à partir ou s’enfermer à l’intérieur). Dommage !

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5/8) und 5 Erwachsenen, 14 Tage zu Gast. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Cravanzana in erhöhter Lage, inmitten von Haselnussplantagen. MITTEN in der Natur hat man einen traumhaften Blick, teilw. bis zu den franz. Alpen. Pool und Terrassen haben eine süd-, bzw. west Ausrichtung. Das Grundstück ist groß genug und für Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken. Der Kräutergarten und die angrenzenden Pfirsichbäume konnten hervorragend genutzt werden. Es herrscht traumhafte stille. Kleine Ausnahmen sind etwaige Arbeiten auf den Haselnussplantagen oder vorbeifahrende (laute) Motorräder. Sofern man sich von Ameisen auf dem Grundstück (wie gesagt, mitten in der Natur) nicht gestört fühlt, ist alles traumhaft! Das Umfeld ist sehr ländlich und herrlich ruhig. Es gibt innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten Autofahrten, ganz tolle kleine Restaurants und div. kleine Läden sowie Metzger zur Grundversorgung. Größere Supermärkte sind etwas weiter entfernt. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen sind die div. sehr kleinen Wochenmärkte in den umliegenden Dörfern und die interessanten Haselnussmanufakturen und lokalen Winzer. Überdies ist Alba definitiv ein Tagestrip wert. Wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt! Betten, Kissen, Handtücher, Geschirr, etc. alles ausreichend und in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Das Haus und der Pool waren super sauber und werden hervorragend bewirtschaftet. Es gibt diverse Terrassen und Balkone, die allesamt einen herrlichen Ausblick haben und schön möbliert sind. Der Garten ist herrlich, der Pool kann abgedeckt werden und hat eine Außendusche. Die Eigentümer kamen alle paar Tage vorbei, sind extrem nett, hilfsbereit und schauen ob alles i.O. ist ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns wirklich erholen können und konnten jede einzelne Minute genießen! Wir kommen wieder! Grazie mile famiglia Prandi!

Perfektes Haus in Schöner Lage

sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in herrlicher Lage. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnell erledigt. Ideal für Familien und kleinere Gruppe bis 8 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

a beautiful house for those who love peace and space, great views and nice pool. The house is very well maintained and offers a lot of space. The location is beautiful with sunlight from sunrise to sunset and yet plenty of shade and nice terraces. You need the car for shopping. Best butcher ever in the next village.

Un havre de paix, un paysage magnifique

Situé le long du GTL, le sentier de randonnée de la "Grande Traversata delle Langhe", à 400m du voisin le plus proche, le calme et l'isolement de ce logement nous a ravi. La soir, nous pouvions observer la Voie lactée, le jour nous pouvions nous prélasser au bord de la piscine, nous promener ou courir sur les sentier de randonnée. Le logement est extrêmement bien tenu, et entretenu, et l'accueil est excellent. Un sans faute.

Magnifique propriété

Maison spacieuse et confortable avec une vue superbe ! Le jardin et sa piscine sont très agréables. Les 2 terrasses couvertes sont très appréciables, elles permettent de manger ou de bouquiner à l'ombre. Les nombreux transats et parasols ont permis de contenter 10 personnes. La région est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont offert des fruits et légumes de leur potager. Nous recommandons vivement.

Superbe séjour dans une très belle maison
