Very beautiful, cosy single-family house "Balbi". In the hamlet Cannelle 6 km from the centre of Canari, 32 km from the centre of St. Florent, 46 km from the centre of Bastia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, at the seaside, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool secured, fenced (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 25 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house at 25 m. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 30 km, sandy beach "Plage Albo" 6 km, rocky beach 100 m (small). Walking paths from the house 100 m. Please note: car recommended.
"Maison Balbi", 5-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, modern and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Small walk-through room. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)) with small bar. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors. Small balcony, large terrace, small patio, porch. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and Golfe de Saint-Florent. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Vue exceptionnelle avec le bruit des vagues

La vue est sublime, depuis la piscine, la terrasse et les chambres. C'est l'atout exceptionnel de la maison. les propriétaires ont été très gentils et accueillants. Ils sont flexibles et facilitent la logistique arrivée/départ. Merci pour votre accueil et cette superbe semaine.

Traumhaus in einzigartiger Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick über den ganzen Golf. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Pool. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, man muss sich für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen auf lange, kurvenreiche Autofahrten einstellen. In Canari (ca. 6 km) gibt es aber auch zwei winzige Lädchen, in denen man das Nötigste bekommt.

traumhafter Blick in abgeschiedener Lage

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr nette Besitzer. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben 30 Meter oberhalb eines kleinen Hafens. es liegt an einer Steilküste. Die Bademöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung sind an Fels bzw. Kiesstränden. Ein stillgelegtes Asbestwerk ist in der Nähe. Die Kiesstrände Buchteinwärts bestehen aus dem Abraum des Bergbaus. Zum nächsten Sandstrand über 1h mit dem Auto, zum Supermarkt ebenfalls 1h(einfach). Mit dem Rennrad zum nächsten Bäcker ebenfalls 1h (hin und zurück)

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick für ruhige Ferien. 1 Zimmer eher für Kinder geeignet, Das obere Schlafzimmer purer Luxus mit eigenem Balkon. Sehr steile Umgebung, nicht geeignet, wenn man schlecht zu Fuß ist. Sehr nette Eigentümer!

Erholung inmitten der Natur

Das Haus ist in einem gutem Zustand und genau wie beschrieben. Die Umgebung ist fast menschenleer. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass es keinen nennenswerten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt (der nächste Supermarkt ist in St. Florent, in Canari und Nonza gibt es kleine Tante-Emma-Läden für das allernötigste). Auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind recht überschaubar. Wer einen Ort zum Relaxen sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Toller Entspannungsurlaub!

Man muss sich jedoch drauf einstellen, dass das schöne Haus mit dem traumhaften Blick sehr sehr abseits und einsam ist. Fahrt zum nächsten Supermarkt ca. 1 Stunde pro Tour. Die nächst näher gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Canari ist sehr teuer und auch das Angebot sehr überschaubar.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller La...

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage! Mit etwas Mut kann man den sehr steilen Weg auch bis direkt zum Haus hochfahren und braucht nicht alles die 25 m hoch schleppen. Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich, aber absolut unaufdringlich und hat uns die ganze Woche unsere Ruhe gelassen. Im Meer baden lieber nicht, mein Mann hatte nach sehr langem Schnorchel leichte Atemnot (Asbestreste???) Reisetipps: Wer sich ein sehr, sehr feines Essen (nicht gerade billig) im Urlaub gönnen möchte, ist im Restaurant Morganti, Marine d'Albo (mit dem Auto ca. 15 min.) am richtigen Platz!In Nonza gibt es eine kleine, aber feine Bäckerei, sehr empfehlenswert! (ca. 20 min. Autofahrt), Großeinkauf noch in Bastia erledigen! Kleinere Geschäfte in Marine d`Albo und Nonza
