Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 4 km, riding stable 4 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 18 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Lovely home with big garden and lots of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. We traveled with our dog and were happy to have a beautiful wood right behind the property.Lydie the owner was very kind and helpful. She only speaks French so that may be a problem.The beach in Labenne is only a short drive away and we really loved the entire region. The property is fully equipped with everything you need. Don't forget to pack insect repellent as they were nasty and plentiful, even during the day!The only gripe I have is that we were charged an additional 80 Euros for the final clean, even though the contract sent by Interhome stated that this was already included in the rental price. I also prefer to have bedding and towels as part of the rental price, rather than paying for them as an extra.

Un petit coin de paradis

Tout d'abord, notre hôte, Lydie, est juste quelqu'un de super. D'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité sans pareil. La maison est plus que parfaite. Il y a tout, et plus.... L'environnement est nickel, tout à proximité ( boulangerie au top avec des puddings de folie) Bref, un petit coin de paradis. Mille merci Lydie♥️♥️ à très bientôt 🤗

Maison avec beaucoup de détails pour assurer le confort. Aussi bien à l intérieur qu à l extérieur. Mention spéciale pour les 2 tables et le salon de jardin. Nous sommes grands et avons eu un peu difficile avec la taille des lits mais c est souvent comme cela en France. Hôtesse très sympathique!

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Das charmante, liebevoll eingerichtete Das Ferienhaus lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Es ist umgeben von einem schön angelegten, eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohnquartier. Die freundliche Eigentümerin wohnt gleich nebenan, ihre Präsenz beschränkt sich jedoch auf die Übergabe und Rücknahme des Hauses. Hervorzuheben ist das recht neu renovierte Bad. Die Küche wurde teilweise renoviert. Die Sonne setzt den Gartenmöbeln recht kräftig zu, so dass wohl auch hier ein Austausch ansteht.

Schöner Urlaub

Mme. XXX ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie spricht ausschließlich französisch, was die Verständigung etwas erschwerte. Der große Garten wurde von uns viel genutzt, da es am Strand oft zu kalt war. Die schöne Loungegruppe (überdacht) hatte es uns besonders angetan. Die beiden Doppelbetten sind mit 1,35 und 1,40, sowie der Länge von 1,90 leider sehr knapp bemessen. Geschirr und Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten aller Art ist überreichlich vorhanden. Preis-Leistung gut!
