Below Regoledo, in the district of Cestaglia 4.6 km from the centre of Varenna, 27 km from the centre of Lecco, 58 km from the centre of Como, on a slope, 5.7 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 4.6 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 4.6 km, supermarket 7.7 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.7 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gittana" 5.7 km (small), park "Lido di Varenna" 4 km. Marina 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 48 km. Owner uses some rooms in the house.

Sommerurlaub mit Hund und Kind

Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen, Hund und einem Kleinkind verreist. Casa Meri hatte genau die richtige größe für uns, war sehr sauber. Unser Hund hat die Nachbarshündin am Zaun geliebt. Der schöne Garten mit dem gepflegten Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. Daniele war sehr freundlich und wir hoffen nochmal wieder kommen zu können.

Tolle Lage des Häuschen. Sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Einziger kleiner Schwachpunkt ist die Anfahrt zum Haus. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steil und eng.

Haus ist Basic, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die dicken Mauern halten die Wärme draussen. Der Pool ist super Klasse. Die Zufahrt ist eng, schmal und steil. Man gewöhnt sich dran.

Schönes Haus für einen tollen Sommerurlaub

Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Grundstück nicht ideal, da die Auffahrt zum Haus sehr steil und eng ist. Ansonsten ein tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool ist richtig toll.
