Dünenrose Whg. 31 - Norderney

The holiday rental "Dünenrose 31" is located on Nienburgstraße on Norderney. The building underwent extensive renovations in early 2016. The apartment is on the ground floor. The beach (here: Nordstrand) is only about 300 metres away. There are also several cafés and restaurants there. Not only the beach but also the island’s centre is just a few minutes’ walk away. Several of the island’s bike paths also begin in the immediate vicinity.

The rustic one-room apartment features a fold-out bed for two people (single, dimensions 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a small kitchenette in the entryway, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The west-facing balcony (with a view of the greenery) can be shaded with an awning.

For added convenience, the building offers a communal washing machine and dryer, both of which are coin-operated. A special highlight of the residential complex is the on-site swimming pool, which is available to residents free of charge. It is located in the basement of the building. There is also a sauna that can be used by inserting coins. Dogs are not allowed here.

It is important to note that, due to its nature, this apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age, which is why it is rented exclusively to adult guests.
