This holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz offers an idyllic location close to the water and is ideal for four people.



The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a marvellous view of the Schlei and a TV. Two additional sleeping places can be provided on request in the living room with a pull-out couch (160x193cm) (the room cannot be completely darkened).



The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, as well as an infrared cabin for wellness lovers.

The apartment impresses with its open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the harbour. The equipment includes a smart TV, WiFi and a Blu-ray player, so there is no shortage of entertainment options. The underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the apartment, even in the colder months.



Outside, a terrace with harbour views invites you to relax and enjoy. There is also a barbecue for cosy evenings outdoors. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space directly in front of the house.



The resort itself offers numerous amenities: An Edeka supermarket with a bakery and café is within walking distance, as is a small bathing bay with a sandy beach, a children's playground and a football pitch. Families and holidaymakers will find everything their hearts desire here.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
