Experience unforgettable days in our modern and tastefully decorated 3-room holiday rental, “Inselperle,” located on the ground floor. Our lovingly furnished accommodation offers everything you could wish for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The stylish Scandinavian “hygge” decor instantly creates a sense of comfort. Spanning approximately 60 square metres, the holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for families and couples.
The sunny and cosy living room, featuring two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, books, and games, is perfect for relaxing evenings.

Open-concept kitchen and dining area with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine for the perfect cup of coffee.

Two quiet bedrooms (1 double bed 180x200 cm; in the second bedroom, a pull-out bed [80x200 cm or 160x200 cm]), both facing the garden. Modern and bright shower room.

A spacious, west-facing loggia where you can enjoy the sun well into the evening hours with a sundowner.

A large, shared park-like garden invites you, your children, and your four-legged friend to play, chat, and relax.
In addition, a private parking space behind the house and a shared bike shed are at your disposal.

The holiday rental is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Neue Tiefe area. It is nestled between the island’s capital, Burg, and the popular Südstrand.

Neue Tiefe is known for its proximity to various beaches, including the Südstrand, which is one of the island’s most popular beaches. There are numerous water sports opportunities. Bicycle and hiking trails criss-cross the area, offering the chance to explore the island.

Neue Tiefe is a quiet holiday spot, yet its proximity to Burg provides access to a wide range of amenities and services, including shopping, restaurants, and cultural attractions such as the Fehmarn Marine Centre.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super , wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und es hat uns an nix gefehlt . Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt , ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem zentral. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder !
