On-site fees: Our cancellation fees are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). They are as follows: Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months in advance; 3 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price; 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price; during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price; No-show or early departure: 100% of the total package price
