You can easily enter the holiday rental at ground level through a foyer on the ground floor. The assigned parking space is located directly in front of the building, right next to the main entrance.
The living room and bedroom face south, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies. The balconies (20 square metres) extend well above the roofs of the surrounding houses and invite you to sunbathe, dine, and relax, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Rotttal valley—and, in good weather, a view of the mountains.
Enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view and the chirping of birds in the surrounding trees.

The holiday rental is flooded with light; the entryway with a coat closet offers space for golf bags. The living room and bedroom are bright and spacious.
In the kitchen—small but well-equipped—you can cook to your heart’s content (Italian espresso machine, electric milk frother, coffee maker, toaster, induction stove, oven with steam function and microwave).
Morning coffee on the balcony outside the bedroom, sunbathing in the afternoon, and magnificent sunsets in the evening on the large balcony outside the living room—lounge chairs, patio furniture, an electric awning, and a parasol are at your disposal.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.
There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets, as well as tea towels, bed linens, hand and bath towels, and two dressing gowns.
A comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room offers the option of separate sleeping arrangements. A freshly made mattress topper is ready on the left side of the sleeper sofa (simply fold it up).
