Für 8 Pers definitiv zu klein

Per email habe ich einen Code für den Schlüsselsafe bekommen...nach Ankunft kam eine Dame, die uns nicht wirklich Willkommen geheissen hat, sondern uns sehr forsch fragte, wie wir ins Haus gekommen seien! Wir hätten uns bei Ankunft tel melden sollen - davon stand in der mail nichts! Wir dürften auf keinen Fall irgendwas verändern oder umstellen! Ich will Urlaub machen und nicht renovieren! Keine Erklärung, wo was zu finden ist (zB Grill etc)!! Es sind keine 2 Bäder, sondern 1 Bad 1 Gästetoilette 1 Dusche in einem Raum mit einem Trockner! Blutflecken in der Sauna und im Bad 1cm Staubschicht auf der Lampe!Unsere Matratzen waren gut, aber in einem der Schlafzimmer viel zu weich...für einen schweren älteren Mann nicht zu empfehlen! Der kam fast nicht aus dem Bett!!Komme selbst aus der Touristik und weiß wie man Gäste begrüsst - so definitiv nicht! Haben keine Gästekarten erhalten, auch nach telefonischer Nachfrage, keine Hilfe! Würde hier nicht wieder buchen!
