Incredible 4 bedroom/3.5 bath ocean front home in the heart of wrightsville beach. The open floor plan allows for gorgeous ocean views in every room! Easy access to spacious second and third floor balconies. An updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large pantry. The first master suite is located on the main living floor with its own private access to the balcony. The third floor includes the second master suite, again with private access to the balcony, two additional bedrooms with twin beds, a large living area with a pull out couch and a full bathroom. The home includes a private garage, washer and dryer, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Conveniently located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shopping, a food market, local coffee & ice cream shops, plus beach rentals (paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, etc.)

Linens and bath towels are provided for 8 people only. Additional linens can be arranged at the renters expense.

Beautifully appointed, beach-front home for a family getaway. The views from both decks & every bedroom/living area was awe-inspiring. Conveniently located to restaurants. However, the BEST feature was the ocean views and direct access to the beach. Michelle, the host, was easily accessible and answered any questions we had. We will definitely return for another visit!

Home is in a beautiful location with spectacular views of beach in front and to the North and South. Also, short walk to small "downtown" with a couple of restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Super convenient. Probably 50 yards to the beach - feels like you're looking down on the waves from the large upper deck. Further, home is laid out very well with 3 bedrooms with beach views plus view from kitchen / dining area.

Fun at the beach

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our week at the beach. No complaints! The house met all our needs with comfortable bedrooms, a good kitchen, enough bathrooms, and a beautiful beachfront location. Very quiet too despite being in the heart of town. We would definitely return there another time.

Family getaway

Brought the kids and my parents to watch me participate in the Ironman 70.3, but the house and beach access were the real highlights of the weekend! Can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation at the beach

All 8 of us (10 to 70 years old) enjoyed everything about our vacation at Wrightsville Beach. The house was great. The porch view was amazing. The beach was incredible.

Great place!

We've been coming to WB for years and really enjoyed our stay here. Awesome place, with great amenities, and nice location! Enjoyed being right on the beachfront with a great view! Michelle was great to communicate with and getting things set up were simple and easy. This will be a definite addition to our very short list of places to stay when staying in Wrightsville!

Perfect beach oasis

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location was absolutely perfect – just steps from the beach with easy access, and within walking distance to great local spots. The house itself was stunning, with every amenity we could need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Communication with the owner was seamless and helpful, making everything easy from start to finish. Can’t recommend it enough!

2nd visit, still same great place!

This was our second year in a row staying here for our annual family vaca and it continues to be an awesome place! Great house, great location, great views, great amenities, and great to book with. Perfect location for beach fun AND accessibility to shops/restaurants.

We booked a last minute stay over fall break and are so glad we decided to stay here! Michelle was wonderful to work with to accommodate our late booking. The house had absolutely everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and VERY comfortable beds and pillows! We enjoyed watching the sun come up in the morning with a cup of coffee on one of the two decks overlooking the ocean. I can see why so many of the reviewers continue to come back to this house. It's a special place and our whole family loved our stay here!

Elegant Beach House

The pictures do not do justice to this fabulous beach home. We had a family of 5 with a few friends tagging along. Great Beach and water views from the top floor and a more private water view from the downstairs master. Fully stocked kitchen and even a great Grill area downstairs. Beach chairs for all of us. My favorite time of day was sunrise on one of the row of rocking chairs on both levels. We loved it! Hope to come back in 2023

Great Location

You can't beat the location of this home - beach front, right near a public trail, however not overly busy with use. The nearby beach is right next to a lifeguard tower which is perfect for families. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and easy access to the bridge to make your way to Wilmington. The layout is perfect for two families and we enjoyed the deck all day every day. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and there is opportunity to replace a few things (e.g. dressers, fans) that didn't work as well as they should. Would have loved to have more essentials during our stay as there was 8 of us here for a week and we only had 4 toilet paper rolls and two trash bags. But honestly, the location, views and layout of the space definitely made it easy to overlook.

Wrightsville

I would NOT recommend this property because of the reservation process. I requested the property in ~ mid-May for 6/29 through 7/6 - saturday through saturday. I received confirmation for those dates and immediately made plane reservations from NH. I then received a message from Michelle indicating that we couldn't reserve those dates. However, because of the late date of reservation, they had already accessed my first payment and I couldn't cancel. What to do? Then I realized that she meant it was a friday-to-friday rental, but she didn't indicate that in her message. I went back to the Vrbo website and saw that the price was ~$6 cheaper/night for that week. When I agreed on the friday-to-friday reservation, I was charged the full price. The reservation process was less than transparent and I felt that I got wedged into something that was not advertised. Oh well, the house - despite limited hot water and no ice - was very nice and the location is great. I believe that if you make the reservation with enough notice, perhaps you can be aware of these pretty important flaws. Good luck!

I was 100% transparent the entire time throughout this process. You never received confirmation on the 6/29 to 7/6 dates because I never confirmed them. I immediately let you know what dates were available and you responded that you were completely fine with the new dates. You never indicated you wanted to cancel and I would have been more than happy to cancel the reservation for you as you were unhappy before you even got to Wrightsville Beach.

Love this place

This was our 2nd year at this home and we already confirmed a week for next year. Great location for a 1 block walk to grab deli meats or whatever needs you have from a small market, an ice cream shop for the kids, pizza or a margarita for adults. Yet far enough away from that main drag to enjoy the breathtaking views from this homes 2 oceanfront decks. The interior is cozy and equipped with all your needs. Michelle is a joy to work with should anything arise and this year went out of her way to buy beach toys knowing we had 2 little ones and left them on the counter for us. Can’t wait to be back at our spot next year:)

Second time and will be back

I love this place so much. This was our second time here, and I hope to come back every summer forever. We now call it “our house.” It’s comfy, beautiful, and ridiculously close to everything….beach, surf shop, all our favorite restaurants, and Roberts Grocery. I love pulling in on Friday and not getting back in my car again for a week. AND, the insane balconies mean that it does not matter what the weather is…we will be staring at the ocean in any case. This house is magic.

Wonderful House Crowded Beach

The property is well maintained, nicely furnished and has just about every amenity anyone could ask for. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious with large closets and all the beds except for the twin beds were comfortable. The ocean facing porches were a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. There is no walkway over the dunes, so beach access was by the public pathway that runs beside the garage. You can see the beach only from the second level porch, but the ocean is in full view from both levels. The basement has one garage bay for a vehicle, a separate area with a walled shower, storage for a large number of provided beach chairs and an area with the grill and some seating. There were no surprises. The owner was accessible and responsive to all our inquiries. The owner had informed me prior to renting that the beach would be crowded, and she was spot on. The location is convenient to a wide array of off-beach shops, bars, eateries and attractions, all within walking distance. Parking was good for 3 vehicles, but 4 could squeeze in.

Great modern beach house

Great location, size was perfect for 2 families esp with 2 masters each with its own en suite. The upstairs master has a nice walk in closet and you can see the ocean and the beach. Downstairs master you can see the ocean, and the en suite has his and her sinks. The 2nd living room upstairs was a bonus, and the couch looks like it opens up to a sleeper. The kitchen is stocked with numerous cooking utensils and there are also dry cooking basics provided, probably passed forward from previous renters, such as salt, sugar, etc. The fridge is well sized, but storage for your own dry goods is difficult and we ended up using the counter space. Table sits just 8, there is additional seating at the counter. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier - just a minute or two stroll down the path and you are there. The surf can be rough but the water is warm.

Beautiful property

It's a very homey beach house. Wonderful ocean views and steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony at the end of the day and enjoyed the breeze. Only drawback is that the bathroom showers and small kitchen appliances need updating. Otherwise, great location and property.

Enjoyable 60th birthday & family vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so convenient to the beach (a 2 minute walk!) and close by restaurants/stores. You definitely can't beat the location! The house was well equipped and very clean. It had lots of wonderful gathering space (living room, decks, upstairs area). I had reached out to the property mgt/owner prior to our arrival with a few questions and all were promptly answered. It was our first visit to Wrightsville Beach and it most definitely won't be our last. Also, the property owners had a number of chairs to take to the beach which was so helpful. If you are in need of renting beach umbrellas or a beach buggy I would highly suggest contacting locally owned: Got Shade Beach Rentals.
