This Danish-style holiday home sleeps 4 people. Amenities include a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a sauna, and a canoe for exploring the adjacent water park. This non-smoking home does not allow dogs and has its own parking space right next to the house. Welcome to the Neu Seeland Holiday Park

This tastefully furnished Danish-style holiday home, located in the second row, sleeps 4 people.
A modern and inviting living room with a wood-burning stove awaits you.
In 2021, laminate flooring was installed throughout the living and dining areas, as well as in the kitchen, the children’s room, and the master bedroom.
On cold fall and winter days, enjoy the soothing sauna after a nice walk.
The living room opens onto the partially covered and newly designed terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers.
The outdoor area was redesigned in 2021, with paved areas surrounding the house.
A canoe is available for you to explore the water and landscape park from the water. Use is at your own risk.

Schöner Ort. Die Sauna funktioniert sehr gut - auch im Vergleich zu Ferienhäusern andernorts. Tipp für's Kanu: Auf dem Karren lässt es sich gut bis zur Medem ziehen. Innerhalb der Ferienanlage ist man eher hinten (vom Deich entfernt). Blick auf eine Freifläche, Brücke und etwas Wasser, viele Vögel, auch schön!

Sehr gemütlich und alles da was benötigt wird. Die Sauna ist für kalte Tage perfekt. Wir kommen im Herbst wieder.
