The town of Los Alcazares is located on the enchanting Mar Menor, which forms Europe's largest saltwater lagoon with a breathtaking panorama. A large selection of beaches as well as restaurants and bars make Los Alcazares the ideal holiday destination for all ages.
The newly renovated apartment is 150m from the harbor and beach aswell as 200m from the center of the idyllic beach town. Thanks to its central location, both the excellent local bars/restaurants and the 7km long beach promenade with its continuous beach can be reached on foot in no time. Close to the apartment there is also a bakery and a butcher's shop as well as a small supermarket and the local fishmonger.
In the apartment you will find all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and two separate bedrooms. In addition, the apartment has its own patio (terrace/courtyard) as well as 2 parking spaces in the building's own garage.
