The rustic wooden house boasts a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and a cozy seating area on the first floor - ideal for relaxing evenings. Two double bedrooms offer a comfortable night's sleep, one on the first floor and one in a maisonette, which can be reached via a picturesque staircase. There is an additional room with a bunk bed for children. A ski room ensures that your ski equipment is safely stored. In summer, you can also store your mountain bikes here.



The large terrace is perfect for cozy hours outdoors while you enjoy the fresh alpine air and let your gaze wander over the green meadows or the snow-covered winter panorama.



A parking lot at the main house provides additional comfort. There is also the option, subject to availability, of using another parking space at the Modern Ski & Hike - Ski Hire & Hiking Shop, which is located right next door. Not only can high-quality ski and hiking equipment be hired and purchased here, but the friendly team is also on hand to provide professional advice and support.
