The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms ( 2 with double bed, one with single bed and possibility of additional extra bed as well as double sofa bed for 2 people ) and 4 modern bathrooms, offering plenty of room for a relaxing stay.
Instead of a pool, Villa Loreta has a private 13 m² jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With 3 parking spaces, it's easy to bring a car and enjoy nearby sights. On the top floor, you'll find a stunning view of the sea, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
Štinjan is a peaceful village, ideal for a quiet holiday by the coast. The nearby town of Fažana offers charming streets, delicious seafood restaurants, and beautiful beaches. From Fažana, you can also take a boat trip to the famous Brijuni Islands, a national park known for its natural beauty.
