A relaxing retreat

The well appointed home is set in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you could need. The home is in a in a great location as my family had plans in both St. Augustine and Daytona and the area is also very dog friendly.

We stayed here for a week in March, 2026 with 10 people. House was great. Plenty of room, very clean, wonderful updated appliances, very peaceful but also had great community pools and of course a great ocean beach. Ryan responded immediately to any requests or questions that we had. Garbage pickup was twice a week which was great for our big group.

Would definitely return !Host is very responsive during our stay , answering questions.1. Ample space for - 9 adults 2. Well stocked kitchen 3. Rooms and bathrooms were clean4. Front and back deck were great for sitting and enjoying the views 5. Less than 10 min to walk to the beach with 2 access points . Pool areas are very nice too .6. Very quiet neighborhood 7. Publix is nearby 8. Beach was also not over crowded

The Yellow House

It was just like the listing. My family and I were very comfortable. Everybody had their own sleeping quarters and bathrooms. It was equipped with everything we needed. The house was close enough, making the walk to the beach very convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house and the community pools were awesome. Last but not least, the host was wonderful. He communicated with me from the beginning to the end. And when I had questions there was always a quick response. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely come back.

Checkin was 4pm, however we could not get in the house until 530pm. The pool area was very ugly with lots of weeds and very dingy. Master bed was extremely hard. Communication with the host was extremely great!

This property checks all the boxes! Room for the whole family, close to the beach, and tons of amenities. We traveled with extended family and everyone loved the property and community. Host was responsive and communicated lots of extra info that made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend this property.
