Located between Bayernpark and the Eberhofer roundabout, on the Vilstal bike path.


The apartment spans two floors and covers 80 square metres, featuring two bedrooms (five beds total), a bathroom with a shower, two separate bathrooms, and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area.
It also features a garden (ideal for children or dogs) with a beautiful wooden pavilion, perfect for cosy, balmy summer evenings or a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

Our lovely town square, with a bakery, ice cream shop, restaurant, and pizzeria, is about 500 metres away, and the butcher shop is just 200 metres away.

Conveniently located nearby are:
Bayernpark, about 6 km
The Eberhofer Roundabout, about 10 km
Netto, Penny, and Edeka, about 1.6 km
The Vilstal Bike Trail runs through the town.

Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided
