Our cosy ground-floor holiday apartment offers 58 square metres of space for 2 people, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room (or an extra bed in the bedroom) for a third person. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed. The living room is furnished with a super cosy sofa set, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with 3 chairs. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with a breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are free of charge. Minimum stay: 2 nights! Come hiking in the Lamer Winkel region of the Bavarian Forest. Use all public transport for free during your stay. In winter, a free ski bus runs to the Scheiben cross-country skiing area and the Großer Arber ski resort. You’ll also enjoy free admission to the Osserbad, located 450 metres away, which features an outdoor and indoor pool and a sauna. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please note that pets are not allowed here. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A visitor’s tax of 2.00 euros per person per night will be charged separately on-site. The apartment is equipped with bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, tea towels, and toilet paper.
