Location is good, but flat is a bit dark, not very clean, lots of spider nets and dust in all corners, around window frames etc. Very limited contact with the agency/owner. Terrace could be a wonderful extra but lacks a table and does not have confortable seating. Should be better explained that it is lower ground floor.

Super saubere FeWo an der Mosel

Die FeWo war super sauber, auch wenn das Bad z. B. schon etwas älter war. Duschvorhang u Wanneneinlage wie neu, Waschbecken etc. absolut top. Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Ein paar Abstriche gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche (für 4 Personen wäre es mit Besteck usw teilweise "eng" geworrden. Ebenso könnte das Wohnzimmer ein paar bequemere Sitzmöbel gebrauchen. Lage war perfekt, insbesondere mit Anschluss an den Radbus.
