Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one of the rooms also has a TV. The living room, which opens onto the balcony, is open to the kitchen and thus forms the central hub of this family-friendly apartment. Enjoy the morning sun on the east-facing balcony while you have breakfast. A modern and bright shower room completes the layout.

A parking space is reserved for you on the open parking deck in the underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike room.

You can use the swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin in Building 4 of the holiday complex free of charge, subject to availability. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in every building of the holiday complex and can be used for a fee.

Additional amenities at the resort include an lift, a playground, and on-site Wi-Fi, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith can use free of charge, subject to availability.

There, we’ll keep you informed about resort-specific schedules; for example, the annual maintenance periods for the pool and sauna—during which the pool and sauna are closed—are announced there. We’ll also post any information we receive about current construction projects in the area.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that the recreation area in House 4 will reopen on July 3, 2026, following the completion of the modernization. Until then, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 metres behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive holiday apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively centre of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 metres. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under building codes. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each holiday rental comes with a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s in-house Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 holiday apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle guests to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
