Das Haus Nordseeperle liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf das Watt, wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge, Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Fantastisch zum Fahrrad fahren. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuss sein da die Wohnung im dritten St0ck liegt und kein Lift vorhanden ist. Also man muss noch die Kraft zum Koffer schleppen haben :). Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Super Aussicht auf Neuwerk, Watt und Schiffsroute Richtung Elbe. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist sehr schön und trotzdem zentral zu allen Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön. Etwas viel Ikea aber modern. Das Bad ist uns zu klein. Mit Hund ist Cuxhaven nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Sehr viele Verbotsschilder, Kontrollpunkte usw. Freilaufbereich für Hunde in Sahlenburg ist sehr schön.

Der Kontakt zur Vermittlerin war super freundlich und unkompliziert.Die Ferienwohnung war hell und sauber. Allerdings waren die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer schlecht: ein schmuddeliger Sessel und ein Sofa, das grenzwertig zumutbar durchgesessen war. Eine Enttäuschung für diese Preiskategorie.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Blick über die Nordsee sind einfach umwerfend. Man kann Neuwerk sehen, aber auch jedes Schiff, das in die Elbe fährt oder hinaus. Es ist ruhig, ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster mit Blick und das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem, auch in der Funktion eines Bettes. Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung.
